A Memorable Stay at Hotel Lungarno

Studying abroad in Florence during college left me yearning to return to the city I loved, so I was thrilled to go back. Selecting the ideal hotel took weeks, and I was slightly anxious about staying across the river from where I lived years ago. However, my choice turned out to be absolutely perfect, and the trip was incredible. Hotel Lungarno is truly STUNNING. It offers a 5-star experience all around. The hotel itself is beautiful; the room and patio were gorgeous, clean, and flawless. The staff and service were exceptional. From the bellmen to the front desk staff, bartenders, and concierge, everyone made me feel right at home, assisted with plans and activities, and knew my name instantly, treating me like family. Undoubtedly, it's 5-star service in every conceivable way. Since departing, I’ve thought about the hotel daily and cannot wait to return. A special mention goes to Andrea, who runs the hotel and could not be more thoughtful, professional, kind, and caring. Don't miss out on this hotel; it is truly a gem and ranks among the best I've ever stayed at (and I travel the world regularly). ;)
