Shunde Mingshi Garden - an old house full of memories!

Mingshi Garden in Lunjiao, Shunde was built during the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty, and has a history of more than 130 years. It was the residence of He Mingshi, the richest man in Shunde in the late Qing Dynasty!
The courtyard style that combines Western and Chinese styles is very distinctive. The main house is an old-style "wok-ear house", and the west wing is a small Baroque-style building; there are Chinese-style pavilions and Baroque-style arches and fountains in the private garden!
As the most luxurious garden house in Shunde Lunjiao, it is well-known among the locals. Although it cannot compare with Qinghui Garden in scale, it has an indescribable exquisiteness, and a sense of splendor in its desolation!
