how to get around Fujikawaguchiko

from Tokyo, we can go to Kawaguchiko station by train or bus (cheaper option).

scheduled sightseeing bus from the station that’ll take us around Kawaguchiko. there is Red line, Blue line and Green line, each taking a different route.

places we visited:

pic 1-2: 📍Kawaguchiko Natural Living Centre (Oishi Park). it is the last stop of the red line route. during blooming season, the lavender would be beautiful! the softserve is soooo good!
pic 3-5: 📍Fuji Ropeway (something like cable car taking us uphill). also on red line route. quite crowded at noon, but the view is worth it!
pic 6-11: 📍Saiko Iyashi no sato nenba (a former farming village) it is on Green line route, located at lake saiko, about 30mins from Kawaguchiko. Mt. Fuji looks closer from here.
