A trip to the outskirts of Tokyo? Let's go to Enoshima!

It's two stops from Kamakurakokomae Station, and from there, it's a little over a kilometer walk to Enoshima Shrine and the observation deck.

To get to Enoshima's tourist attractions, you need to cross a bridge, and the streetlights on the bridge add a romantic atmosphere.
Enoshima is steep, so you'll need to climb some stairs. However, you can purchase a ticket for both the escalator and the observation deck at the ticket booth past the torii gate. It costs about 700 yen, and I highly recommend it.

The only drawback is that you have to walk back down. However, it's still easy to get back up, and once you reach the observation deck, the indoor and outdoor areas are separated, so you can step outside and feel the cool ocean breeze. There are seating areas, so you can enjoy the sea breeze, meet new people, chat, and create memories while traveling.
