A vast temple full of things to see: Shofukuji Temple

Shofukuji Temple is the largest temple in the Hakata Old Town area.
It is also home to many smaller temples, so it is recommended as the last stop on your temple tour!

The temple hall, the garden pond, and the large Jizo stone monument.
The temple grounds are very worth seeing, with meaningful stone paving and sleek Buddha statues, and you will want to take your time to worship.
