I went to the ramen shop "Hakata Ramen ShinShin KITTE Hakata" located at Hakata Station in Fukuoka.

"Hakata Junjo Ramen" is the first ramen stall to make this ramen using the traditional Hakata ramen recipe, which has been made using years of experience. They boast a familiar taste that is a little different from both Nagahama ramen and Hakata ramen.
