The Former Fukuoka Prefecture Public Hall Guest House, located in Tenjin Central Park, was built in 1910 and is a wooden public building full of French Renaissance style. This building has a long history and was used as a district headquarters during the Pacific War, making it of great historical value. The exterior of the building is gray-green, with a prominent octagonal spire on the east side, and the interior retains the furnishings of an old Western-style house. Each room has unique design features. The hall also has a café and regularly hosts cultural events, making it a must-visit for art lovers in Fukuoka.
Address: 6-29 Nishinakasu, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City
