Rakusuien is a tourist attraction in Fukuoka City where you can experience Japanese tea culture. Originally, there was a private villa built in 1906, but in 1995, the city of Fukuoka renovated it into a garden, giving it its current appearance.
Although it is a small garden, it was nice to enjoy the Japanese-style garden and tea in the middle of the city.
The entrance fee is 100 yen for adults, and if you want to have matcha and simple sweets, it costs 500 yen.
