## **【Fukuoka Food Notes】Walking in the city, a tour of century-old shops**
Let the photos speak for themselves, I drool when I look back 😋
Fukuoka is truly a foodie paradise! Jianhu, a long-standing tsukemen shop, serves rich fish and pork bone ramen soup with topped noodles. It's worth queuing for half an hour. Then we went to Nishishinchuxi, a century-old restaurant, to taste the sukiyaki, which was so delicious and full of sauce that both tourists and locals were willing to wait. For afternoon tea, I bought freshly baked wheel buns at **"Feng Le Mantou". They were filled with red bean paste and were hot and super satisfying. Go to the stall in the evening and order a mentaiko omelet with a cold beer - the taste of Fukuoka is something you'll want to savour over and over again! 🍜🍡🍢
