I first went to Shinariudon with a friend 2 years ago. The noodles were really chewy and delicious.
I couldn't forget the taste, so I ate cold udon many times in Korea.
I wasn't very satisfied. Then, when I came to Fukuoka with my family this year, I said I had to come here. My family didn't like waiting, so I arrived 55 minutes before opening. I left my luggage at the hotel as soon as I got off the plane and came in a hurry. When I arrived, there were about two groups in front of me, and 5 minutes after I arrived, a line formed behind me. If I had been a little late, I could have been in big trouble... The store is small, so if you don't come in when it first opens, you'll have to wait a long time. Since they cook the food after it's been ordered, it takes a long time for it to come out. I think it's good to wait for about an hour and eat. It's been a long time since I've eaten here, and the noodles are still the best. My family said that the noodles are good, but they weren't sure about the bukkake itself, and that they liked the soup udon better. They all praised the tempura, saying it was the best tempura in the world. They said it was so delicious. It's a famous restaurant where even locals line up, so if you're going to go, I recommend going early~
