Kyushu is the birthplace of tonkotsu ramen, and you must have a bowl of mellow and authentic tonkotsu flavor when you come to Fukuoka! It is said that Kyushu people think that tonkotsu flavor is the most delicious, and it is difficult to find flavors other than tonkotsu in Kyushu.

However, I personally think the taste is really strong, I don't like it very much, but in terms of taste, it is really good and delicious.
