A small bakery in Ropponmatsu that I visited:

This neighborhood bakery is already popular with locals and tourists alike!

I bought a bunch of bread and enjoyed it in the cafe right next door.
📍COFFEE MAN
A specialty roastery cafe
The cafe of Japan's roastery champion
The only outside food allowed at Coffee Man is Matsupan's bread!
The cafe is filled with coffee equipment.
They say you can choose from a variety of menus to suit your taste, but I wasn't sure, so I just ordered a decent Americano.

The coffee arrived... The coffee cup is as big as a rice bowl.
Even an Americano is made with such care...
They really care about coffee.
It was such a fascinating experience.
