🍜 Ichiran Ramen Mukbang Review
Starting with its Fukuoka flagship location, Ichiran Ramen has branches all over Japan, living up to its reputation as the leading "Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen." The rich, rich broth was instantly captivating from the first bite.
The most unique aspect of this place is the "private booths" (partitioned seating). This space allows you to enjoy your ramen without worrying about the people next to you, creating a truly "mukbang" atmosphere. The order form was also available in Korean, allowing you to fine-tune everything from the broth's consistency, the thickness and doneness of the noodles, to the amount of garlic, green onions, and secret sauce.
As soon as the ramen arrived, I took a spoonful of the broth, and the rich, smooth flavor of the simmered pork bones enveloped my mouth. It felt oily, but not at all greasy. In fact, it was savory and addictive. The noodles were thin and chewy, complementing the broth perfectly. The spicy secret sauce added a kick to the rich flavor of the broth.
The chashu (pork fillet) was thin but tender and odorless, perfectly complementing the broth. The soft yolk infused the broth, creating a uniquely rich flavor.
Before I knew it, I had finished the entire bowl. 🤭 I thought, "This is the dazzling charm of Ichiran."
👉 Overall Review
• The solo dining atmosphere, reminiscent of a study room, is perfect for mukbang recordings.
• The rich and clean tonkotsu broth complements the chewy noodles.
• Customizable ordering allows you to customize your experience.
• The price is a bit high, but the satisfaction is definitely worth it.
