[Fukuoka] "End of the trip drink" at Fukuoka Airport domestic terminal

The first thing you notice upon arriving at Fukuoka Airport's domestic terminal is its lively atmosphere and abundant food options. As you walk through the airport, you'll see Fukuoka's signature sweets and local specialties, including "Torimon" and "Fukusaya." The souvenir section seems to be packed with local flavors, building excitement right up to the very end of your trip.

But what I'm most interested in is tonkotsu ramen. It's a must-try local dish in Fukuoka, and popular restaurants line the airport. Drawn by the rich aroma of pork bone broth, I entered a restaurant where the combination of creamy, rich soup and ultra-thin straight noodles was exquisite. The light texture made me want to order extra noodles, and I enjoyed it so much.

"Choosing souvenirs is important, but if you've come all the way to Fukuoka, you'll want ramen!" I think the great thing about this airport is that it caters to that desire. Being able to savor Fukuoka's food culture right up until the moment I boarded my plane was the ultimate treat for any traveler.
