Transportation: Take the Kagoshima Main Line from Hakata Station to the West Exit of Fukuma Station, then take bus No. 1-1 and get off at Miyajidake Jinja-mae.

The village bus runs for an hour, so I chose to walk. (When traveling in the countryside of Kyushu, you basically have to wait a long time for the bus. If I can walk, I will just walk there. It only takes more than an hour to walk 4-6 kilometers. I have summed up the experience).

For people like me who love taking photos of city street scenes, I am ecstatic that there is no one on the streets in the countryside and I don’t have to worry about taking photos of others.

But the downside is that it’s hard to find places to eat in the countryside, so most of the time I eat at shops around tourist attractions or stations.

Finally we arrived at Miyajihama Beach, but it was noon and the sun was super hot, so I just walked to the beach with an umbrella, took a few photos and left.
Because this beach is just average, nothing special...
I checked for you. If you don't want to leave, you can take the bus directly after visiting the Miyajido Shrine.
