Changbai Mountain Lushui River, stay in a log cabin villa and taste Northeastern cuisine

Changbai Mountain Lushui River Forest Park is a very fun place where you can experience rafting on mineral water. Because the water is warm, you can raft in all seasons, especially in the snowy winter, when you can experience the unique experience of rafting in the forest and snow. In addition to rafting, there are many attractions such as Biquan Lake fishing, Muyang Garden, Helu Garden, Bihua Garden, Bagua Maze, Cute Pet Zoo, Deer Farm, etc., with a wide range of projects.

We stayed in the forest cabins at the Biquan Lake Resort. There are 24 cabins in total. The house has three bedrooms and can accommodate six people. Outside the bedrooms, there is a public living room and chess and card room where you can drink tea, chat, or play chess and cards. The house is fully equipped and each bedroom has a separate bathroom. From the balcony on the second floor, you can see the starry sky at night. It was freezing outside, but it was over 20 degrees inside, with a temperature difference of 40 to 50 degrees inside the house.

The two large houses next to the log cabin villa are the multifunctional comprehensive service building of the Biquan Lake Conference Center. The registration and accommodation are downstairs, and the banquet restaurant is upstairs. Here we tasted two authentic Northeastern dishes, including delicious mountain specialties and the famous local cold-water fish. The cuisine is typical of Northeastern China, with strong color, aroma and flavor, and a generous portion. Not only is it filling, but it also tastes delicious. Not only do Northeasterners like it, but our southern friends who travel with us also praise it.

Jilin Changbai Mountain Lushui River Forest Park is located at the northwest foot of the main peak of Changbai Mountain, 90 kilometers away from the West Scenic Area of Changbai Mountain and 60 kilometers away from the North Scenic Area. It is an AAAA-level tourist attraction, China's forest oxygen bar and the Jilin training base of the State Forestry Administration.

1. Starting from Changchun City, the route passes through Changying Expressway, Chaoyang Town, Huinan County, Jingyu County, Fusong County to Lushuihe Town. The distance is 370 kilometers.
2. Starting from Jilin City, take the Changtu Expressway, Dunhua, Da Puchaihe, Beishuitan to Lushuihe Town, a distance of 374 kilometers.
3. Depart from Shenyang, pass through Fushun - Meihe - Huinan - Jingyu - Fushun - Lushuihe, a distance of 517 kilometers.
4. Depart from Beijing, via Tangshan - Shenyang - Fushun - Meihe - Huinan

Changbaishan Airport is 90 kilometers away from the scenic area and can be reached by taxi.
