Before returning to Hong Kong via Futian Port, I went to eat dinner ~ I found this #Shen Fresh Master, with a bright stall kitchen, I saw the master's freshly cut beef & fried dishes 🔥, and some Hong Kongers are eating 😆, so I tried it ~~

I mainly want spicy dishes 🌶️, perfect for me who loves spicy 😆😆!

🧡 Pickled cabbage freshly stir-fried yellow beef
The beef is tender, the part of the flower dragon connected with some gluten, very chewy. Served with freshly stir-fried pickled cabbage, it's sour and refreshing and appetizing. You can also put it in the rice cooker and mix it with the rice. It suits my Hong Kong taste😋.

💛 Casserole tofu
The tofu is fried until golden brown on both sides, the inside is still very tender ~ The sauce is rich and slightly spicy, sprinkled with chili & spring onion, the color makes people appetite 😋

💛 Live fish in one pot fresh
Golden fish soup, very attractive! The river fish🐟 is fried until the surface is browned, then the river🦐 shrimp is boiled with broth to bring out the essence. The fish soup is fresh and sweet and spicy, and the rice is very good!

💚 Stir-fried cauliflower
It is also added with chili 🌶️ and spices, making it refreshing and delicious.

So close to the port, affordable value for money in Hong Kong, and more authentic taste, next time via Futian or Royal Gang to the mainland, can eat again!
