Today, my friends and I went to an authentic Korean restaurant in Futian District, Shenzhen, which is run by Koreans - "Youth Stove Korean Barbeque Restaurant" to taste a delicious Korean barbecue.

The restaurant is exquisitely decorated, full of Korean style, the environment is stylish, the seats are spacious and comfortable, and the waiters are attentive and courteous.

The 3 of us in our group tasted the 2-3 set meal ($248) and cold water noodles:

1️⃣Mushroom platter with meal
It consists of a variety of mushrooms, including shiitake, king oyster, and enoki. The mushrooms are grilled, giving them a tender texture and rich taste.

2️⃣Cake platter with meal
It consists of several different fillings such as kimchi, seafood and chives. The pancakes are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and have a variety of fillings.

3️⃣Super value beef platter (beef and pork belly) with meal
This bulgogi platter is one of the classics in Korean cuisine. It includes fresh beef and pork belly, as well as side dishes such as minced garlic, lettuce and kimchi. You can grill the meat yourself at the table and enjoy the aroma and taste of the meat. The quality is not compromised, and it is definitely a value-for-money choice.

4️⃣Kelp soup with meal

5️⃣Grilled mackerel with meal

6️⃣Korean cold water noodles $35
The cold water noodles are straight and elastic, smooth and cool in the mouth. Paired with rich toppings and sauces, the taste is well balanced, with sour, sweet, spicy and salty flavors all well balanced. The sauce has a refreshing taste with subtle sourness and spiciness.
