Step into a sea of flowers

Fuzhou Flower Sea Park is located on the south bank of the Minjiang River, on the east side of Gushan Bridge. True to its name, the park is famous for its vast expanse of flowers. Different varieties are sown in different seasons: rapeseed flowers and California poppies in spring, sunflowers, zinnia, and lotus flowers in summer, and spider flowers and coreopsis in autumn. With the change of seasons, the park displays a variety of colorful flower seas, immersing visitors in a world of flowers surrounded by rivers and guarded by long bridges. In addition to admiring the flowers and their fragrance, the Flower Sea Park has preserved the original fish ponds and embankment layout, forming a landscape of "long embankments lying on the waves." Pavilions, flower corridors, and sculptures have also been built, making it ideal for leisurely strolls.
