Located between Colombo and Galle, this hotel is said to be one of the most complete of Geoffrey Bawa's buildings.

It is said to be the legendary hotel where the world's infinity pools originated.

The hotel was decorated with art such as objets d'art throughout the building, creating a very stylish space.

Opened in 1981, renovated in 2016. There are a total of 162 guest rooms.

Bawa's hotels are full of geometric patterns, so the spiral and leopard-like patterns are a little unusual.

This elevator was designed by Bawa for the old Triton Hotel. It was also used to transport materials during construction, and is now left as part of the hotel's decoration.
