[Gangnam/Seoul] How does the siraegi soup chain taste?

This was my first time at this chain restaurant.
I was curious about the yeolkeung (spicy) version, but decided to start with a classic.
The siregi soup here is cloudy and creamy! Maybe it's the way it's simmered?

They have a wide variety of banchan, and it's self-service so you can choose as many as you like ❤️🔥
They also had tteokbokki and japchae! Great value!

I also ordered suyu, but it felt a little dry. Healthy?
It's located in the basement, but it's spacious and easy to enter.
There were lots of Korean customers there, even around 2pm!
