Netflix Black and White Chef Nam Jeong-seok💚Gangneung Green Bowl

A restaurant I wanted to visit during my trip to Gangneung,
I stopped by Green Ball, a restaurant run by Chef Nam Jeong-seok, who appeared in Netflix's Black and White Chef, in Ponam-dong.
As expected from a vegetable chef, how does he cook various vegetables so deliciously?
The texture and taste are in harmony with the dish.
I recommend the pizza with homemade dough and low-salt Jeju black pork ham, which is aged at low temperatures using the Gribol method.
