Review of Moai Cafe in Gapyeong with a Pet

During our trip to Gapyeong with Cookie, we searched for a pet-friendly cafe and decided to visit Moai Cafe. The location is convenient for driving, and there’s ample parking space, so no worries about parking. The yellow building is used as a pension, and there’s a Moai statue at the entrance, making it a perfect spot for a photo op. We took a picture with Cookie in front of the cafe and then headed inside.

The interior has plenty of tables, and thanks to the large windows, you can enjoy a refreshing view while sipping your coffee, creating a relaxed atmosphere. We settled down and ordered a Corn Latte and an Americano. Besides coffee, the cafe offers a wide variety of desserts and drinks, giving you plenty of options. While waiting for our order, we explored the interior, which is adorned with Moai-themed decorations and seasonal decor, adding to the cozy vibe. When the buzzer rang, we picked up our drinks served in glass cups labeled "MOAI." The Americano was smooth with low acidity and a rich flavor, while the Corn Latte had a delightful sweetness reminiscent of Sokcho’s famous Chodang Corn Latte.

If you’re looking for a pet-friendly cafe with a great view in Gapyeong, Moai Cafe is highly recommended. The coffee is delicious, and the ambiance is fantastic. While the prices are slightly on the higher side, it’s a wonderful place to relax and enjoy quality time with your furry friend.
