Gapyeong Dakgalbi * Samsam Cobblestone Charcoal Grill

Gapyeong is famous for its dakgalbi (spicy stir-fried chicken), so there are plenty of places selling it.
But this place was unique in that they grilled dakgalbi on a cobblestone, which was a novelty.
The price is the same as regular teppanyaki dakgalbi!

The cobblestones were unfamiliar, so I was a little unsure about how to grill it at first, but the owner explained everything thoroughly.
Most of the other tables, including ours, were first-timers, so he explained everything to us in detail. :)

The oil drained well through the cobblestones, resulting in a light flavor.
The seasoning permeated the meat, creating a rich flavor. The tender, yet tender meat was quite good!
