TOH SOON Cafe, George Town

A local breakfast cafe that you must not miss when visiting Penang. I love it so much. The shop is located in a small alley, but there are always a lot of people queuing up. The menu is easy to order with pictures. 555 We just point. The main menu is toast, kaya, and soft-boiled eggs. There are many flavors of toast and kaya to choose from. We ordered:
- HAINANESE BREAD x HOMEMADE KAYA Toast with egg kaya. The bread has a charcoal aroma and is quite crispy. When eaten with the kaya, it is just right. It has an egg aroma.
- CHOCOLATE BREAD x HOMEMADE PEANUT BUTTER Toast with chocolate flavor and peanut butter. I wonder if it goes together. It goes together. It is delicious, but a bit dry because the peanut butter is too dry.
- EGG ON TOAST Toast topped with soft-boiled eggs, sprinkled with Maggi sauce and a little pepper. It is very delicious. You have to order this menu. It goes together and has a lot of flavor. The bread is good. Especially when the soft-boiled egg seeps into the bread, it is amazing.
