Penang: A 3-Day, 2-Night Trip to Delicious Food, Fun, and Cat Beach!

📍Itinerary Overview
Due to flight delays, our original itinerary was changed to a casual stroll through George Town on our first night. We visited the artistic Love Lane and Mural Street, and even enjoyed authentic local delicacies like char kway teow and curry chicken at the night market downstairs from our hotel. It was the perfect start to our trip!

🚩Day 1 | George Town Night Food Exploration
🏙️ Stroll along Love Lane and Mural Street to soak up Penang's artistic atmosphere.
🍽️ Night market dinner: Char kway teow and curry chicken, spicy and flavorful, super satisfying.

🚩Day 2 | Enjoy the mountains, sea, temples, and cat beaches.
🌄Penang Hill: Arrive before 9 AM to waive the Express ticket. The view from the top is breathtaking, offering panoramic views of Penang. Both sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking! Take a 2-hour break at a hilltop cafe.
🛕 Kek Lok Si Temple is not far from Penang Hill and is accessible via Grab. After three reverent prostrations, immerse yourself in the temple's majestic atmosphere.
🐱 Cat Beach: About an hour from the city center. Enjoy the many friendly cats, take photos, and even feed them—a true cat lover's paradise!
🏖️ Batu Ferringhi Beach: One of the busiest beaches, it offers a variety of water activities, including fly fishing and jet skiing. The sunset is stunning, and there's a fireworks show at 7:30 PM!
