Sunway Hotel - Georgetown, Penang

This hotel above my expectation. I had a swift check in experience.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. One thing that i really impressed was the hotel really looked into the request that i have stated during my booking and also responded fast.

I've been facing many other hotels just ignore the special requests for the booking.

Good location with many hawker stalls just walk down the street. And Ban Heang biscuits just right opposite the hotel, which is very convenience to buy souvenirs.

The room is clean and spacious. The bathroom a bit small though but it is clean. The air conditioner worked very well and cold. Limited TV channels but still acceptable. The shower pressure a bit low and the water will suddenly getting cold or too hot. It would be great if the pressure higher and with stable temperature.

Probably the hotel should have a nice dining restaurant. It seems wasted leaving the place empty.

Car park easy to access and feel safe, because i saw there are security guards at the car park checking around. Will come back again
