Penang's Singing and Dancing Food City

#September Good Places 2025
There are many cooked food centers in Penang.

This time I came to this, Red Garden Food Court, with occasional celebrity performances, full of songs and dances, is a quite interactive food court.

However, I was never only for food, so I did not schedule the singer's performance time, just asking for a meal.

The old mother hates to eat fish. There is a stall selling seafood here. She chose a red fish and a portion of shrimp at will, and then went to other stalls to choose something else.

Fish can choose to make, come to Penang, no reason to eat steamed again? My father said to try the sweet and sour recipe.

The fish is lightly fried, accompanied by a sweet and sour sauce, a little like nutmeg, quite refreshing, the fish meat is quite good, the old mother arranged most of the fish.

Garlic shrimp, to be honest, may not be fresh and vibrant enough in Hong Kong, but the delicious garlic steamed just makes up for its shortcomings, no complaints.

The eggplant is prepared by the master, he is open-sided, steamed with garlic onion and trace amounts of chili, quite tasty, the old mother said she has never eaten this method, the most important thing is that she is satisfied.

I like to eat Penang's fried rice noodles the most. This place is fried with a pan, with a little spiciness. It's good, but it's not top-notch locally.

Dad went to buy a medium portion of beef bone tea, the herb flavor is heavy, also with a little sweetness, the soup I think can, but the ingredients are not excellent, the bamboo shoots are even quite tough.

The coconut water is big, but not cold enough. A glass of juice might be cooler.
