The “upside down” museum in Penang, Malaysia attracts tourists with its rows of ancient houses, unique paintings, and the space that makes you feel like you are floating in the air. Do you want to go on a tour to Malaysia to come here and take pictures and immerse yourself in the interesting scenery of the museum?
It is a house with a ground floor and a first floor, with many rooms throughout the house. The ground floor has a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The upstairs is designed like a typical shopping area of George Town in the past. In particular, all the items in the room are stuck upside down on the ceiling. From the outside, the Upside Down Museum looks like a normal house. The upstairs is designed like a shopping area of George Town in the past.
Looking up at the ceiling, you will see a sofa set, a TV shelf and a fireplace. In each room, there are two staff on duty to guide guests. When you turn the image upside down, you will see yourself like a “superman” sticking upside down on the wall and on the chimney. Next to the living room is a bedroom decorated in a modern style with bright colors. High enough, you can reach out and touch the bed, pillows, blankets... attached to the ceiling, making visitors feel like they are flying in a fairyland.
Kitchen utensils are attached to the ceiling. You can freely pose in a unique way with the objects in the bathroom but reversed. If you use your phone to take a picture of each room and then reverse the image to see, you will not see the difference. It only brings excitement when people interact with the scene. The museum staff enthusiastically supports visitors in taking photos and guides them on how to pose, so that when you rotate the image from top to bottom, you will immediately have a funny photo set.
