Healing Café Embracing the Sea in Gijang

I visited a charming ocean-view café located in Gijang, Busan. Driving along the coastal road, a stunning building facing the sea caught my eye—that was the place. As soon as I entered the café, the expansive East Sea unfolded before me, and the interior, designed with a minimalist yet warm ambiance, perfectly complemented the view and atmosphere.

The signature menu items were grapefruit ade and cream latte. The refreshing grapefruit aroma lifted my mood, while the cream latte offered a rich and smooth taste. For dessert, I ordered the strawberry tart, which featured freshly baked tart crust topped with unsweetened whipped cream and fresh strawberries, creating a well-balanced flavor. What stood out the most was the spacious seating arrangement, allowing guests to quietly enjoy the sea view and relax.

The outdoor terrace is pet-friendly, so many visitors brought their dogs along. The sunset over the sea, painted in vibrant hues, was truly unforgettable. While the parking lot is relatively spacious, weekends can get crowded, so visiting on weekdays or during morning hours is recommended. Nearby attractions like Ahopsan Forest and Jukseong Church make for a perfect itinerary when combined with the café visit.
