This is the largest saltwater lake in China, offering 360-degree unobstructed views that you can enjoy all day long! It’s best to visit early in the morning or at dusk when the light is softest and the photos come out best. You can often see herds of yaks grazing by the lakeside, giving you a true feel of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau~

1. The altitude is around 3200 meters, so be sure to prevent altitude sickness and avoid strenuous exercise.
2. The temperature difference between day and night is large, so bring a thick jacket even in summer.

4. Some lakeside spots charge for photography, so be sure to ask about prices before taking photos.
