Staying at Henna Hotel in Göreme was an amazing experience! The highlight for me was definitely watching the hot air balloons lift off at 6 am. Some were literally taking off from the hotel rooftop next door. The Henna Hotel has a few great terraces where you can sit with a cup of coffee and watch the balloons rise against the backdrop of Cappadocia’s stunning landscape. It was such a peaceful and surreal moment, and I felt like I was right in the middle of a postcard.

The hotel itself was very comfortable. The rooms are cozy and have that cave-style vibe, but with all the modern comforts you need. We enjoyed the underfloor heating and the wonderful breakfast on the terrace with a magical view. It was a great buffet selection of fresh and quality ingredients. What a relaxing and magical weekend!
