I think the next most famous travel destination in Turkey after Istanbul is Cappadocia. Cappadocia is one of the most famous places in the world for hot air balloons, along with its beautiful and bizarre nature. I also applied for a balloon tour and enjoyed the sunrise from the sky!

✔️ Advance reservation is required. I made a reservation through my accommodation.
✔️ Even in May, the temperature dropped below zero in the morning, so it was very cold, so make sure to dress warmly!
✔️ I recommend long pants because you have to step over the middle of the hot air balloon when getting off.
