Türkiye Travel Notes Cappadocia Must-Go Super Beautiful Hot Air Balloon Experience

A hot air balloon trip is a must-do in Cappadocia, Turkey. It was selected as one of the top ten most beautiful sights on Earth by the National Geographic magazine. Sitting on a hot air balloon, you can overlook the strange rocks on the ground from the air. It is so beautiful!

We booked through the hotel and also looked at the prices of different travel agencies, which are divided into peak season and off-season. I remember that it was only 130 euros per person to come here during the off-season 4 years ago, but this time it costs 200-220 euros per person during the peak season.
September to October is the peak season for tourism in Turkey. We will gather at the hotel at 5:30 and a car will come to pick us up. There will be a bag of breakfast, some food and water on the car. After arrival, we can get on the hot air balloon around 6:00 and fly at 6:15, with a flight time of about 1 hour. After the completion, in order to celebrate everyone's safe landing, there will be a champagne drinking session and each person will have a certificate to prove that everyone has experienced this.
