Exceptional Honeymoon Experience at LUX* Grand Baie

We enjoyed a four-night stay at LUX* Grand Baie for our honeymoon, and it was undoubtedly the most outstanding resort experience we've ever had. Despite our late arrival due to a flight delay, the team ensured we felt cared for right away with little thoughtful touches and superb service. The housekeeping was impeccable, maintaining our room in immaculate condition and tastefully arranged each day. The spa was another standout, providing a soothing and rejuvenating experience that enhanced the feeling of luxury during our stay. Stephan, the General Manager, and Head of Security went above and beyond when we misplaced a precious item on the beach, personally ensuring its retrieval—something we deeply value. Dining was remarkable. Ai Kisu, the Asian restaurant, took us on a culinary adventure with sophisticated flavors, while Beach Rouge treated us to fresh, carefully prepared breakfasts and two delightful seaside dinners. Every aspect of this resort, from the warm staff (special thanks to the front desk, Beach Rouge attendants, spa and massage therapists, gym trainers, and Manen - the hotel sommelier) to the thoughtful experiences, made us feel cherished and celebrated. LUX* Grand Baie isn’t just a place to stay; it's an experience, and without a doubt the best resort we’ve ever visited.
