If you're keen on history, science, or art, this destination is a must-see when you're in London. Take a boat ride from Westminster to Greenwich for a day, and you're sure to find it worthwhile; Greenwich offers a wealth of outstanding attractions. Naturally, the Maritime Museum ranks among the best. It features engaging storytelling, impressive artifacts, and some beautiful art. If you're a fan of stained glass, be sure not to overlook the panels from the Baltic Exchange Building. When I visited, there was also an exhibition showcasing awe-inspiring astro-photography. As someone from New Zealand, I appreciated the realistic depiction of James Cook, which seems increasingly rare back home. There was also a poignant, factual piece on slavery. With so much to explore, you could easily spend half a day here. Plus, there's a delightful cafe for lunch. I cannot recommend this museum highly enough.
