Guangzhou Restaurant, a Cantonese-style morning tea restaurant in the Baiyun Airport terminal

Guangzhou Restaurant is a time-honored Cantonese restaurant in Guangzhou with several branches. We ate at the restaurant inside Baiyun Airport. The facade has the atmosphere of a traditional Chinese restaurant, but the decoration of the airport terminal is too modern. The internal area is in the corridor on the second floor, and you can see the check-in hall with people coming and going.

The food quality and environment of Guangzhou Restaurant are acceptable. We ordered traditional style roast goose with sauce, steamed spare ribs with rice flour, roast bone porridge with peanuts, radish cake with scallop and preserved meat, shrimp dumplings with abalone sauce and scallion barbecued pork sausage. The names are all nice, the presentation is beautiful, and the taste is acceptable. It is considered a good Cantonese dim sum in the airport.
