This is YongQingFang (永庆坊) — a renovated old town that's become a popular landmark in Guangzhou.
Old buildings are adorned with warm lights, lined with traditional Chinese signs. There are cafes, milk tea shops, souvenir shops, and photo spots that are all beautiful!
🌕 A must-see highlight is the "Crescent Bridge."
At night, the lights reflect off the water, creating a moon-like shape. 🌙
The atmosphere is warm and romantic, perfect for a stroll or evening photoshoot.
Lights and music from a cafe = simple, yet perfectly balanced bliss. 💛
☕ Plenty of cute cafes and souvenir shops.
Along the way, you'll find tea shops, ice cream parlors, and cafes decorated with wooden tones and red lanterns.
If you're into taking photos in a traditional Chinese style, reminiscent of a period film, This is a must-visit spot.
📸 Recommended photo spots:
• In front of the "Yongqingfang" (Main Gate) sign
• Crescent Moon Bridge at night
• In front of a warm-toned old wooden milk tea shop
• Red-lighted alley at night
🚇 How to get there:
Get off at Huangsha Station (Huangsha Station) on Metro Line 1 or 6.
Exit B or C and walk for about 5-10 minutes.
💡 Tips: Go between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM for beautiful lighting and a perfect view of the night lights.
Free admission! But we recommend bringing some cash for shopping for food and souvenirs.
It gets crowded on weekends, so we recommend going on weekdays for beautiful, people-free photos.
