Exploring Ha Giang’s Heart: March 26 Square & Milestone Km0

Our trip to Hà Giang began at March 26 Square — the central landmark and the perfect starting point for any northern loop adventure. Right next to it stands the iconic Milestone Km 0, marking the official beginning of Vietnam’s breathtaking Ha Giang Loop.

We visited early in the morning when the square was quiet and peaceful, surrounded by misty mountains and fresh air. Standing beside Km 0, we felt both excitement and pride — this was the gateway to some of the most beautiful landscapes in Vietnam.
