Coming out of the subway, the sight of sunshine and a vast, endless square immediately captivated me. Besides being reserved for cars, the pedestrian paths are surprisingly wide. This country is truly magnificent, making me want to twirl and jump around in the streets! ☺️
We arrived on May 27th, just in time for the Haeundae Sand Sculpture Exhibition. The artwork was truly remarkable. The walking route was well-planned, and I didn't get stuck in the sand. Besides tourists, locals were also enjoying the activity, with both young and old enjoying the experience. Runners jogging along the coastal path also added to the city's beautiful atmosphere. If you're tired, you can easily find a shaded seat to rest. The trees along the route are well-maintained, and there's plenty of seating. Even under the scorching sun, the temperature felt cool.
The public restrooms were clearly marked, and there was plenty of toilet paper and hand sanitizer. South Korea truly has a high standard of quality, and its people are very kind. It's very safe to travel alone.
