If you drive yourself, just use the navigation. There are open-air paid parking lots nearby, but parking spaces are tight on weekends and holidays, so it is recommended to go early. The library is free, but reservations must be made in advance. You can do this by clicking "Yundong Reservation" in the menu bar of the "Haikou Tourism and Culture Group" or "Haikou Yundong Library" public account. The number release time is midnight 7 days in advance, and the daily limit is 500 people.
