Cu-mo Hakone has opened on the second floor of Sounzan Station, which was recently renovated in 2020. Unfortunately, the shop was closed when I visited, but the area has a calming atmosphere, with plenty of wood used on benches and walls. It is well-equipped with outlets and cushions, making it just the right size for a short stay, and it felt like another base for sightseeing in Hakone.
