A relaxing spa day @箱根湯寮🇯🇵♨️🧖🏻

Hakone is one of the most popular hot spring resorts in Japan🇯🇵 Just 1.3hrs train from Tokyo city center to enjoy the high quality hot spring💆🏻They provide a free shuttle bus next to the Hakone train station to get to there.
I booked the private onsen but they do public bath houses as well.

🔅Tips
-Most Japanese website don’t provide Eng version, not easy to make a reservation..so I recommend call their concierge directly or ask your local hotel/hostel for a favour

-Their booking slot opens in every two months in advance, mark in calendar to make the reservation

-They have an express train go from Tokyo to Hakone and return directly but it is easily fully booked, I suggest to pre-purchase the train ticket online (no one told me to do that so I didn’t have any train to back Tokyo on the day I visited)
