🍃 The restaurant is located by the mountain and water, using the height difference to move the decoration up, and the local characteristic shaped plants fill the vertical landscape. The left side of the preparation area and the right side of the zero point area leave enough movement lines, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows allow diners to be surrounded by mountains and water. Each table has a different miniature bonsai, reminding people to slow down: on one side, look at the mountains and water, on the other side, taste the human flavor, throw away the complexity, and return to nature.
