## Weekend Getaway to Dusit Thani Tianmu Mountain

On Saturday, January 4, 2025, our family of three drove to Tianmu Mountain and checked into the Dusit Thani Hotel we had been looking forward to.

As soon as we got out of the car, the fresh air hit us, and it felt like even our breathing became lighter. The hotel is built on the mountain, and its simple architectural style blends in with the surrounding natural landscape, like a traditional Chinese ink painting.

The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and quickly checked us in. The room was spacious and bright, with light wood furniture and elegant decor creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The most surprising thing was the view from the balcony, with rolling green hills and blue skies and white clouds, like a fairyland.

The next morning, our family of three hiked deep into the heart of Tianmu Mountain to experience the wonders of nature. The clear streams and dense bamboo forests were refreshing and mesmerizing.

The two-day trip to Tianmu Mountain passed in the blink of an eye, but the beautiful memories of our family reunion (our son came home from college in the US for Christmas break) will last forever. At Dusit Thani Hotel, we experienced the charm of nature and the warmth of family, and it felt like it was just the three of us and the quiet mountains.
