Attraction Introduction🎋
Tucked away southwest of West Lake, this bamboo-lined trail is a hidden summer retreat in Hangzhou. Towering bamboo groves create a lush canopy, with sunlight filtering through the leaves to cast dappled shadows. A babbling brook winds through the forest, and a cool breeze carrying the scent of bamboo whispers past your ears—temperatures here are 3-5°C lower than in the city. Stroll along the bluestone path, listening to the chorus of cicadas and flowing water. When tired, sit on the stone steps by the stream and dip your feet in the water, letting the coolness spread from your toes. It’s the perfect escape from the summer heat and a chance to embrace nature.

Photography Tips📸
Wear light-colored linen outfits for contrast. Capture candid backlit shots deep in the bamboo path, where sunlight beams create a natural filter. Crouch by the stream to photograph water reflections or use a wide-angle lens to emphasize the depth of the bamboo forest, enhancing the cool, serene vibe.
Notes⚠️
The bamboo path can be slippery with moss after rain—wear anti-slip shoes. Summer brings mosquitoes, so bring repellent. Avoid damaging bamboo or disturbing wildlife. Smoking is prohibited to preserve the peaceful environment.
