【Park Hyatt Hangzhou】Park Hyatt Suite|The Hardest-to-Book Suite at Park Hyatt

Park Hyatt Hangzhou is one of Yabu Pushelberg's earlier hotel projects in mainland China, marking the debut of the Park Hyatt brand here. It's also one of my personal favorites among the Park Hyatt properties. Later works by Y&P, such as Park Hyatt Shenzhen and Rosewood Guangzhou, share the same design lineage and perfectly align with my aesthetic preferences. Like other urban Park Hyatt properties, Park Hyatt Hangzhou boasts a commanding view of the city's magnificent skyline.

The public areas of Park Hyatt Hangzhou exude grandeur, while the rooms showcase meticulous details. From the ground floor lobby to the 37th-floor reception area, the soaring ceilings combined with Yabu's signature neo-Chinese design—featuring marble or metal light fixtures extending to the ceiling—create the aura of an aristocratic mansion. The rooms are adorned with plum blossom motifs and cyan hues complemented by dark wood tones. The plum blossom lighting on the headboard only reveals itself at night, a subtle yet thoughtful touch.

The trendy bar on the 48th floor features a viral transparent glass floor—even someone unafraid of heights like me felt a bit nervous stepping on it.
