Hanoi and Halong Bay solo day trip

#besttrip2023 I went on a solo trip to Hanoi. The end of September 2023 was a beautiful time of year, with lovely weather! My hotel was in the Hoan Kiev Lake area, and I could walk to the lake. It was a 5-day, 3-night trip, including a day trip to Halong Bay. I toured the city, took a day trip to Halong Bay, and even took a cooking class on my last day. I made Vietnamese spring rolls and bun cha. It coincided with the Korean holiday, so there were a lot of Korean tourists there.
The meals included pho, bun cha, bun bo nam bo, pudding, egg coffee, and, my favorite, yogurt coffee.
Everything was cheap and delicious! The banh cuong was also delicious. Motorbike taxis were also very convenient, costing less than 100 yen! Grab is a must-have app. I highly recommend this place for those looking for budget-friendly travel, food, and sightseeing.
