Vietnam National Fine Arts Museum

#vietnamtrip If you want to learn about Vietnamese culture, this is a place you shouldn't miss. The museum exudes a sense of antiquity, with many precious artifacts inside representing Vietnam's long history.

The ticket price is 40,000 VND for adults. If you purchase a ticket with audio narration, it will be around 115,000 VND (I don't remember exactly because I bought a regular ticket).

You can explore the entire museum, including any temporary exhibitions taking place at the time. The museum consists of 3 floors and a basement area.

The content from the 1st to the 3rd floor of the museum will span the length of Vietnam's history and culture, from prehistoric times to the present day.
Floors 1-2 primarily introduce relics and architecture from ancient times.
From the 3rd floor, contemporary paintings and famous sculptures of Vietnam will be displayed.
The basement is where ceramics are exhibited. Due to the low ceiling in the basement, people over 1.8 meters tall may have difficulty exploring.
