XOFA CAFE

I just realized that in all my years of reviewing, I haven't written any articles about Xofa. Therefore, with Christmas approaching, there must be an article about Xofa, otherwise it would be a big mistake. Every Christmas season, Xofa brings to me a very clear festive atmosphere through the shop's decor from the facade to every little corner. With the architecture of an old villa, sitting at Xofa will make you feel warm and comfortable, so I still prefer sitting at Xofa in winter rather than summer. In my impression, Xofa is a famous gathering place for young people and especially the shop is always crowded. While the shop is still open overnight, perhaps Xofa is one of the few cafes in Hanoi that you can visit at any time, however due to the epidemic situation, the shop is temporarily closed. Only open until 9pm. I chose to go early in the morning at the beginning of the week, the air is fresh, the morning sun is warm and the shop is deserted, a suitable time to visit Xofa, to feel a different perspective of the shop - a quiet space. and pleasant. Well, there is a minus point: there are mosquitoes in Xofa, I get bitten by mosquitoes all the time even when I sit indoors.
☕️ Xofa serves both drinks and salty foods and cakes. I chose a portion of jasmine oolong foam with salty cream, a portion of chestnut earl gray milk tea, a portion of Spinach Egg Benedict served with Pancakes and a portion of croissants served with condensed milk. The total bill for adding 7% VAT is 346k - I think it's quite high compared to the general average. In terms of quality, I rate the drinks and food at Xofa as good, not excellent, and there are still a few things I don't like, such as the oolong tea with a light foam layer. How about everyone, what drinks and food do you like best at Xofa?
